HIV Opt Out Screening

CommUnityCare receives funding from the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) to support the Routine Opt Out HIV Screening Program. With this funding from the State of Texas DSHS, CommUnityCare is able to provide routine HIV screening for patients between the ages of 15 and 65 seen at our health centers. These funds help our health centers remain at the forefront of our community’s efforts to end the HIV Epidemic.

Ryan White Program

Through the support from the City of Austin and the Brazos County Council of Governments, CommUnityCare receives Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program funds. The Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program provides HIV care services for persons residing in Travis, Bastrop, Blanco, Burnet, Caldwell, Fayette, Hays, Lee, Llano and Williamson County who meet the income guidelines and requirements and do not have sufficient health care coverage or financial resources. Click here to learn more about program eligibility,

HIV State Services

The Brazos County Council of Governments provides CommUnityCare state funding to support HIV care services.
