Your First Appointment – What to Expect
Initial visits typically take two to three hours. You will meet with a social worker to discuss available services and your healthcare needs. You will meet with an eligibility screener to ensure you will have access to all the care and medications needed to keep you healthy. You will also meet your clinical care team, including your provider, nurse, and medical assistant.
At the end of your visit, you will leave with a prescription, the medications needed to keep you living your best life, and the knowledge that our team is here for you.
What to bring to your first appointment:
- All Herbal Supplements
- All Vitamins
- All over the counter medications
- Insurance Card
- Drivers license or picture ID
- If you are on Medicare and have elected a Medicare Managed Care or Medicare Replacement Plan, be sure and bring that card as well as your Medicare card.
