Our Impact
As part of our strategic initiatives for the year, we’re proud to introduce a collaborative effort between our Development, Operations, Population Health, and Eligibility departments. This cross-functional team was created to bring a more streamlined and accessible experience to the communities we serve.
At our community events, community members can now:
- Get screened on-site
- Schedule a doctor’s appointment
- Receive MyChart support
- Learn about available services and resources
All in one place, right in their neighborhood. The Development, Operations, Population Health, and Eligibility Team is making it easier than ever for our community to connect to care—where they are and when they need it.

In 2024, our team attended 105 events across Austin and surrounding areas, actively engaging with the community to promote our services and connect individuals to care.
