Dental Health

A healthy smile means a healthier you. At CommUnityCare our fully trained dental teams are committed to helping you and your family receive equitable access to dental care.

Proper dental care along with seeing your dentist and hygienist regularly helps maintain good oral health. Proper dental care also reduces the risk of disease, decay, and more painful/costly issues in the future.

Our services include dental exams, teeth cleaning, fillings, extractions, dentures, dental sealants, and emergency treatment. We do not provide orthodontics (braces), implants, crowns or bridges. Dental health exams are also offered for infants as young as 1 year of age as part of the child’s well medical checkup. This noninvasive “peek” at the infant’s oral structure aids in the early detection of possible dental health problems.

CommUnityCare provides high-quality oral health services to any patient, regardless of their insurance or health plan coverage.

We accept MAP (Medical Assistance Program) cardholders, Managed Care Patients, Medicaid patients under the age of 18 or a Medicare beneficiary who is a patient at one of our CommUnityCare Health Centers.

General Dentistry and Emergency services are available to uninsured patients who meet established income guidelines.
