- Patients experiencing homelessness are encouraged to access services directly at this site without referral. To schedule an appointment, call us at 512-978-8080. Walk-ins are welcome.
- Patients needing access to intensive outpatient services for complex medical needs will need a referral from their existing primary care provider or discharging provider at the hospital. For additional information, call us at 512-978-8080.
