If you are ill or have a minor injury during normal business hours, please contact your CommUnityCare primary care provider. If that office cannot get you in that day, they will refer you to one of our two Convenient Care locations.

After-Hours and Weekends
For after-hours or weekend illnesses or minor injuries, CommUnityCare patients may go to either the Capital Plaza Speciality Clinic or the Southeast Health and Wellness Center Walk-In Clinic to receive care for an acute but non-emergency need. Patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis. Our goal is to help you avoid unnecessary trips to the emergency room.
