If you prefer to speak to a patient services representative to make an appointment, please call our Patient Navigation Center at 512-978-9015.

The center has bilingual call agents and translation services, to better serve individuals who prefer a language other than English.

If you experience a health problem outside of our regular business hours, our Hancock Walk-In Clinic and Southeast Health and Wellness Center locations have extended hours for walk-in care. These services are NOT meant for someone experiencing a medical emergency. If this is an emergency please dial 911.

For non-emergency but urgent medical questions when our clinics are closed, you may call our after-hours answering service at 512-978-9000.
