If you have never been a patient at a CommUnityCare you can schedule your first appointment online through MyChart.

CommUnityCare provides care to anyone regardless of income, health insurance coverage, or ability to pay for services. 

Prior to becoming an established patient, we recommend you speak with a financial screening specialist to determine which programs you qualify for. You can do this by calling our financial screening and eligibility team at 512-978-9015.
