Why give to CommUnityCare?
At CommUnityCare Health Centers we are committed to health equity, including providing services to the un- and under-insured, supporting the stabilization of chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension and caring for those experiencing homelessness. While we do receive payment for services, your donations will help us address barriers to healthcare access. Money raised for CommUnityCare will go towards supporting needs such as supportive supplies for patients experiencing homelessness, equipment to help stabilize chronic conditions, as well as transportation assistance for those in need.
