CommUnityCare Welcomes Miguel Guillen as Vice President of IT/IS & Deputy Chief Information Officer 

CommUnityCare Health Centers is pleased to announce the appointment of Miguel Guillen as vice president of Information Technology and Information Systems and deputy chief information officer. 

In his new role, Guillen will lead enterprise technology strategy, operations and service delivery in support of Central Health, CommUnityCare Health Centers and system partners across Travis County. His work will help advance technology solutions that improve access to care, enhance operational efficiency and support high-quality patient care. 

Guillen brings extensive experience in health information technology leadership, having served in roles including project manager, PMO manager and director of IT/IS – Enterprise Services. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale initiatives that strengthened technology infrastructure, optimized service delivery and aligned technology investments with clinical and organizational priorities.
